MS Risk Up in Teens Who Work Nights (CME/CE)
(MedPage Today) -- Teens who are employed in shift work are at increased risk for developing multiple sclerosis, possibly because of sleep loss and the resulting negative effects on circadian rhythm, Swedish researchers found.
